Summary - Booking Manager Summit 2021
Booking Manager traditionally organized the only yacht charter conference in the world and met all the expectations built based on the previous two years. According to many of our 200 visitors, Booking Manager Summit fulfilled its mission of educating and strengthening the charter industry for the third year in a row of a perfectly organized event. Participants had the chance to learn from experts such as Andy Preston on how to win business over the competition in a tough market or Mark Adams on the art of story-selling. Jay Johnson taught us valuable insights related to communication with demanding clients, while Jim Sterne showed us how to compete with the big systems and companies positioned as market leaders. Visitors had a chance to mingle during coffee breaks and lunch as well as relax during our networking evenings. After the successful 3rdyear of Booking Manager Summit, we are happy to invite everyone to the 4thedition, which will be held from November 9 to 11, 2022.
